Passenger Cancellations

Refunds for tickets cancelled by passengers are calculated based on the time remaining before the scheduled trip departure:

More than 24 Hours 100%
12 - 24 Hours 70%
2 - 12 Hours 50%
Less than 2 Hours 0%
Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that the Platform Convenience Fee and any applicable taxes (GST) on the service fee are non-refundable for passenger-initiated cancellations.

Promo codes or promotional discounts are single-use and cannot be reclaimed once a booking is cancelled.

Operator Cancellations

If kTripz or the assigned Driver cancels a trip due to operational reasons, a 100% full refund (including convenience fees) will be processed to the original payment source automatically.

Processing Timelines

Refunds to bank accounts or UPI typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your statement. Refunds to kTripz Wallet (where applicable) are processed instantly.
